  1. Dues Increase and Town Hall Meeting

    Event Starts: October 09, 2025

    We hope this message finds you well. Legacy Southwest Property Management is writing to inform you of an upcoming change to your HOA assessments and to invite you to a town hall meeting to discuss this matter.

    Dues Increase
    Effective January 1, 2026, HOA dues will increase by 10%. This adjustment is necessary to address rising operational costs, ensure the continued maintenance of our community facilities, and support planned improvements. We understand that any increase impacts our residents, and we are committed to maintaining transparency about this decision.

    Town Hall Meeting
    To provide more details and answer your questions, we will host a town hall meeting on October 9, 2025 at 7:00pm on Microsoft Teams. The meeting link can be found below. This will be an opportunity to discuss the reasons for the increase, review the HOA budget, and address any concerns you may have. We encourage all homeowners to attend and share their feedback.

    If you are unable to attend, please feel free to submit your questions or comments in advance to Myron@Legacyswhoa.com or by calling 214-705-1615 ext. 121. A summary of the meeting will be shared with all homeowners afterward.
