We’re bringing the big screen to you! Fun Flicks will be on-site providing freshly popped popcorn for everyone to enjoy. Don’t forget to bring your own chairs and drinks so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the show comfortably.

This event is free for all Azle Grove residents and their families. Come out, meet your neighbors, and celebrate the Halloween season together with one of the most beloved spooky comedies of all time!

Dues Increase
Effective January 1, 2026, HOA dues will increase by 10%. This adjustment is necessary to address rising operational costs, ensure the continued maintenance of our community facilities, and support planned improvements. We understand that any increase impacts our residents, and we are committed to maintaining transparency about this decision.

Town Hall Meeting
To provide more details and answer your questions, we will host a town hall meeting on October 9, 2025 at 7:00pm on Microsoft Teams. The meeting link can be found below. This will be an opportunity to discuss the reasons for the increase, review the HOA budget, and address any concerns you may have. We encourage all homeowners to attend and share their feedback.
