Credit/Debit Card Fee Adjustment Effective December 31, 2025

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change regarding credit and debit card payment processing fees through CINC.

Effective December 31, 2025, the convenience fee for credit and debit card transactions will increase slightly from 3.25% to 3.50%.Please note that this change only applies to new AutoPay setups created on or after December 31, 2025. If you already have AutoPay configured prior to this date, your current setup will remain unchanged.

We encourage you to log into your homeowner portal to review your AutoPay settings. Please verify that your payment frequency, amount, and method are accurate and up to date.If you are facing financial difficulties or anticipate trouble making your payments, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you to set up a payment plan that fits your needs.
